Coconut and carrot smoothie

For 1 glass
  • 3 EL desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 2 EL Coconut milk
  • 3 EL Whole milk yogurt
  • toasted coconut chips

Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat, remove immediately and let cool. Mix the carrot juice with coconut milk and yogurt. Moisten the top of the glass with a little water andPlace upside down in the desiccated coconut.

Pour the coconut and carrot smoothie into the glass and decorate with the coconut chips.
