Coconut and carrot smoothie

- 3 EL desiccated coconut
- 200 ml spa n> carrot juice
- 2 EL Coconut milk
- 3 EL Whole milk yogurt

- Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat, remove immediately and let cool. Mix the carrot juice with coconut milk and yogurt. Moisten the top of the glass with a little water andPlace upside down in the desiccated coconut.
