Cocoa blinis with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce

For 4 people
  • 30 g Butter
  • 120 g flour
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Packet Baking powder
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg (size M)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate Chocolate
  • 2 TL Oil
  • 4 Scoops of vanilla ice cream (approx. 50 g each)
  • 4 TL Crème fraîche
  • Sugar pearls
  • 1 Vanilla pod to decorate

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar. Add egg, 150 ml milk and butter and stir to a smooth batter. Chop the chocolate. Heat 150 ml milk in a saucepan.

Pot fromTake the stove out and melt the chocolate in it while stirring.

Heat the oil in portions in a large non-stick pan. Bake the dough in portions for approx. 3 minutes on each side into approx. 8 blinis. Place approx. 2 blinis on top of each other on plates, serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Garnish with smoothly stirred crème fraîche and sugar pearls. Possibly cut a vanilla pod lengthways, halve and decorate the dessert with it.
