Coco Choco Cookies

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 12 (approx. 80 g; z. B. 'Chamallows Cocoballs' by Haribo) Coconut foam balls
  • 125 g soft butter

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder

Preheat the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see p. Manufacturer). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a hot water bath. Halve the coconut foam balls.
Mix the butter, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Stir in the egg. Stir in the chocolate. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
Use a tablespoon to place 12 piles of dough with a little space between them on the baking sheets and gently press them flat. Place 1 foam ball half on each.
Bake the cookies one after the other in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is still a little soft.
Let the cookies cool down briefly on the baking tray, then pull them off the baking tray with the paper and let them cool on a wire rack.
