Cocktail 'Cream & Stripes'

  • Blue Curaçao syrup or liqueur u. Sugar
  • 4 cl peach juice
  • 3 cl whipped cream
  • 1-2 cl Cassis syrup or Cassis liqueur
  • 2 cl Chantré Cuvée Rouge, 2 ice cubes
  • Blue-Curaçao-Syrup

For the crustarand: some blue curacao syrup and sugar on each give a saucer. Dip the edge of the glass in syrup first, then in sugar

Shake peach juice, cream, cassis syrup, chantré and ice cubes vigorously for 20-30 seconds and sift into the glass
3.
Let the blue curacao syrup run down the edge of the glass with the help of a straw. The strips only work with the syrup!
