Cocktail classic: Aperol Sprizz

- 1 span> organic lime
- 6 cl Aperol
- 100 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco frizzante)

- Wash the lime with hot, rub dry, cut off 3 nice slices. Put the Aperol, 2 lime slices and ice cubes in a bulbous (red wine) glass, fill up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of lime.
