Cocktail classic: Aperol Sprizz

  • 1 organic lime
  • 6 cl Aperol
  • 100 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco frizzante)
  • ice cubes

Wash the lime with hot, rub dry, cut off 3 nice slices. Put the Aperol, 2 lime slices and ice cubes in a bulbous (red wine) glass, fill up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of lime.
