Coca-Cola cake

Mix the flour and sugar. Heat 250 g of fat, 4 tablespoons of cocoa and 350 ml of cola in a saucepan, briefly bring to the boil. Pour over the flour mixture and stir with the whisk of the hand mixer. Whisk the buttermilk, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla sugar together. Add to the cola mixture and stir everything thoroughly. Grease a rectangular shape (approx. 21 x 30 cm) and dust it with flour. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 35-45 minutes. Take out the cake. Heat powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 25 g of fat and 2 tablespoons of cola in a saucepan while stirring until you have a smooth glaze. Pour the topping on the hot cake andelapse. Let cool down. Cut the cake into pieces and decorate with chocolate rolls
