Coastal Burger
- 1 bag (500 g) frozen shrimp span>

- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 2–3 s pan> EL Yoghurt
- 1–2 TL medium hot mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- span> Sugar
- 2 EL Lime juice
- 1 EL Olive oil
- some leaves lettuce
- 1/4 Bund Chives span>
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 4 Rye rolls

- Let the prawns thaw. Hard boil eggs. Quench, peel and cool.
- 2.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Season the garlic cream with salt, pepper and sugar.

- Beat the lime juice and oil. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Rinse the prawns, pat dry and mix with the marinade. Let something go.
- 4.
- Cut the eggs into slices. Wash the lettuce and chives. Peel cucumber and cut into thin slices, chives into rolls.
- 5.
- Cut the rolls and brush with garlic cream. Cover the lower halves with lettuce, prawns, cucumber and egg. Sprinkle with chives and place the top halves of the bun on top.
