Club sandwich

For 4 people
  • 100 g breakfast bacon
  • 12 Slices Toast
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 100 g Salad cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 4 Slices (approx. 120 g) smoked turkey breast
  • skewers

Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Roast the toast until golden brown. Wash, clean and slice tomatoes. Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Brush a slice of toast with a little cream of salad.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a slice of turkey breast. Brush another slice of bread with salad cream and place on top. Cover with 3-4 slices of bacon and a few slices of tomato.
Season again and cover with a third slice of bread. Prepare 3 more sandwiches. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangles. Put them together with small skewers.
