Club sandwich

- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 g Cucumber li>
- 8 slices (30 g each) Whole grain toast
- 8 TL Mustard span>
- 120 g span> low-fat cooked ham in wafer-thin slices (3% fat)

- Cut the mozzarella into 8 thin slices. Wash and clean rocket. Wash and clean tomatoes and cucumber and cut into 16 thin slices each. Spread mustard on bread. Cover 4 slices with 4 slices of ham, 4 cucumber and tomato slices, rocket and 2 slices of cheese.

- Top with 1 slice of toast each. Halve bread diagonally and arrange on boards.
