Club sandwich

For 4 people
  • 125 g low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Bund Rauke
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 8 slices (30 g each) Whole grain toast
  • 8 TL Mustard
  • 120 g low-fat cooked ham in wafer-thin slices (3% fat)

Cut the mozzarella into 8 thin slices. Wash and clean rocket. Wash and clean tomatoes and cucumber and cut into 16 thin slices each. Spread mustard on bread. Cover 4 slices with 4 slices of ham, 4 cucumber and tomato slices, rocket and 2 slices of cheese.

Top with 1 slice of toast each. Halve bread diagonally and arrange on boards.
