very easy
1.
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs and whisk. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and sour cream and stir briefly. Add flour mixture and briefly fold in until everything is well mixed.
2.
Place 1 paper baking dish in each of the hollows of a muffin tin (12 hollows). Pour in the dough and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 20–25 minutes. Remove and let cool on a wire rack
3.
Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and milk to a thick glaze. Remove 2 tablespoons from the topping and mix with a splash of food coloring. Cover with foil until ready to use. Carefully distribute the rest of the icing on the muffins with a teaspoon and let it set (if you want to decorate the muffins with chocolate lentils or sugar pearls, you should put them in the icing that has not yet completely set). In the meantime, chop the couverture and melt it in a warm water bath, remove it and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Pour liquid couverture into a freezer bag. Cut off a small corner from it. Use the couverture to draw eyes and mouths on the muffins as you like. Pour the red icing into a second freezer bag. Cut off a small corner from it and 'draw' hair, noses and cheeks on the muffins
