- 2 Clementines
- 1 piece (s) ( approx. 10 g) fresh ginger
- 1 stem mint
- 2 TL liquid honey
- 300 g Yoghurt (1.5% fat) ul>
- Peel the clementines and cut out the fruit fillets with a small knife between the separating membranes, taking the juiceto catch. Peel the ginger and chop it very finely. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut into fine strips.
- Mix the honey, clementine juice, ginger and yoghurt, add the mandarin fillets. Arrange the clementine yogurt in 2 bowls. Scatter mint on top.
