Clementine yogurt with hazelnut flakes

  • 2 Clementines (approx. 40 g each)
  • 4 Tbsp (20 g each) whole milk yogurt
  • 1 TL (5 g) sugar
  • 1 EL (10 g) lemon juice
  • 1 TL (5 g) Hazelnut flakes
  • Lemon balm

Peel the clementines and the white ones Remove the skin. Divide into the segments and place in a small bowl. Add yogurt, add sugar and lemon juice to taste. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with hazelnut flakes and decorate with lemon balm.
