Clear tomato soup

For 4 people
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 l Vegetable stock (instant)
  • Pepper
  • 1 sprig of dill

Clean and wash tomatoes and cut into pieces except for 1-2 tomatoes. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Put tomatoes, onion and stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil. With low heatSimmer for 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, peel, quarter and core the remaining tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Strain the broth through a sieve and then pour it through a cheesecloth. Season to taste with pepper. Put the stock and tomato pieces in soup bowls. Wash the dill, pat dry, pluck the tips off and serve the broth sprinkled with it
