Classic porridge

  • 160 g tender oat flakes
  • 800 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • 125 g Almond kernels with skin
  • Cinnamon

Heat oat flakes, milk and a pinch of salt in a saucepan, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes Let simmer until a mushy consistency is obtained.
