very easy
1.
Melt the fat in a small saucepan, allow to cool a little. Put 1/2 teaspoon of oil in each of the 12 hollows of a popover tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: see manufacturer)
2.
Eggs, milk, fat and 1 / 2 teaspoons salt briefly beat with the whisk. Add the flour all at once and stir until the dough just doesn't have any lumps. Don't stir too long! Pour the dough into a measuring cup
3.
Take the tray out of the oven. Pour the batter into the prepared hollows. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) and bake for another 10–12 minutes. Do not open the oven door during the entire baking time.
