Classic mojito

  • 1 organic lime
  • 2 stem (s) Mint
  • 1–2 TL white cane sugar
  • 5 cl Rum (Cuban)
  • Crushed Ice
  • 125 ml soda water

Wash the lime hot, rub dry andeighth. Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems except for the tip of the stem.
Lightly mash the lime and sugar in a glass with a cocktail pounder. Add rum and mint leaves. Press the leaves lightly or rub them on the edge of the glass (do not crush them!)
Add crushed ice up to about 2/3 the height of the glass, fill with soda water, stir again and Garnish with the rest of the mint.
