Clam noodles broccoli chicken too

For 4 people
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 2 small red peppers
  • 2 EL Peanut kernels
  • 250 g Chicken fillet
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 TL + 1 tbsp oil
  • 400 g small clam noodles
  • 3 EL Chili sauce for chicken
  • 2 EL mild soy sauce
  • 1/2 TL Starch

Cut broccoli into very small florets. Quarter, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the quarters into strips. Roast peanuts in a pan without fat. Take out, let cool down a bit and roughly chop

Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the chicken fillet in it, turning for 8–10 minutes.

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another coated pan. Fry the broccoli florets and paprika strips in it, turning, for about 5 minutes. First add 5–6 tablespoons of water, then chilli sauce and soy sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Mix 1 tablespoon of water and starch together and lightly thicken the broccoli and chicken pan with it. Approx. Let simmer for 1 minute. Cut the meat into strips. Scatter nuts over the sauce.
