Citrus vinaigrette

  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 EL light balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 EL Sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 6 EL Oil

Wash, clean, cut into rings and core the chilli pepper. Wash the lemon and lime with hot water, rub dry and finely rub the peel. Halve the lemon and lime, squeeze half of each and place in a bowl.

Add vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, sugar, salt and pepper and stir. Gradually stir in the oil quickly and season again if necessary. Add the chili rings.
