Citrus punch

For 8 glasses
  • ice cubes
  • some stem (s) lemon balm
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 pink grapefruits
  • 100 g Kumquats
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 6 cl orange liqueur
  • 1 (0.7 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 1 (0.7 l) Bottle of dry white wine

Ice cubes with 1 leaf each Freeze lemon balm. Peel the oranges and grapefruits so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the separating membranes and squeeze out the juice from the rest.

Wash the kumquats thoroughly and cut into slices. Mix the fillets and kumquat slices with sugar and orange liqueur and let it steep for 1 hour. Top up with well-chilled sparkling wine and wine. Pour in ice cubes and a few lemon balm leaves.
