Citrus platter

  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • Mint and biscuit rolls

Let the raspberries thaw. Then strain through a sieve and stir with sugar. Peel the fruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the separating skin. Cut the lime into thin slices. Cut the grapefruit into slices, then divide into smaller pieces. Sprinkle citrus fruits with vanillin sugar. Then arrange on plates with the sauce.
