Citrus pancakes

- 1 egg (size S) li>
- 10 g whole wheat flour
- 3 EL Skimmed milk (0.3% fat)
- 2 EL Mineral water li>
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Orange
- 1/4 TL Oil
- 1 TL Honey
- Mint span>

- Mix the egg, wholemeal flour, skimmed milk and mineral water to form a smooth dough. Peel the grapefruit and orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife from between the separating skins.

- Grease a small pan with oil, add the dough and bake on both sides. Remove the pancakes, fill with half of the grapefruit and orange fillets (use the rest otherwise) and serve.
- 3.
- Before serving, drizzle the pancakes with honey and decorate with mint.
