cinnamon waffles

  • 275 g Butter
  • 275 g Sugar
  • 275 g flour
  • 50 g cinnamon
  • 250 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 6 eggs separated

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the ingredients and fold in the eggshell.
3.
Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
Bake in the waffle iron.
