Finely grind the almonds. Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in the icing sugar. Mix together the egg whites except for 4 tablespoons, almonds, cinnamon and bitter almond oil. Roll out the mass between foil about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out pine trees with floured molds. Brush with the rest of the egg whites. Spread the almond flakes on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 150 ° C / gas: level 1-2) for about 20 minutes. Let cool down. Mix the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and dust the biscuits with it.
