very easy
1.
Peel the apples, cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices (approx. 20 slices) and cut out the housing with a heart cutter (approx. 3 cm Ø). Cut the first and last apple slices into fine cubes. Sprinkle the slices and cubes separately with lemon juice and set aside
2.
Mix the fat, 400 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder. Stir eggs one after the other, alternating with 1 tbsp flour each time, into the fat and sugar mixture. Stir in the rest of the flour. Fold in the apple cubes
3.
Grease a drip pan in the oven (approx. 32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Spread the apple slices evenly next to each other on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 50 minutes. Mix the cinnamon and 25 g sugar and, halfway through the baking time, sprinkle the cake with it
4.
Take the cake out of the oven. Approx. Let cool down for 3 hours. Mix the powdered sugar and egg white. Cut the cake into 20 pieces and decorate with the icing
