Cinnamon stars

Stir in the almonds. Cover and chill meringue for approx. 4 hours. Then dust a work surface thinly with powdered sugar and roll out the dough about 1 cm thick. Cut out stars of different sizes and place on two baking trays lined with baking paper.
For the glaze, beat the egg white with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, sift and add the icing sugar, add the lemon juice, also stir until the glaze is shiny white. Brush the glaze onto the stars and bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric stove: 150 ° C / gas: level 1) for 20-25 minutes.
Take out of the oven, place on a rack and let cool down.
