Cinnamon spirals

For 8 people
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 TL Cinnamon
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Mix the butter with icing sugar until frothy. Separate 2 eggs. Add egg yolks and a whole egg to the butter mixture and stir in. Add flour and stir everything into a smooth batter.
Mix the cinnamon with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Halve the dough and form a rectangle each time. Brush the rectangles with egg white and pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Roll up the dough and chill for 20 minutes.
Cut the rolling pin into slices, place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 160 ° C.
