cinnamon rolls

For 8 people
  • 1 Pak. Germ
  • 60 dag flour
  • 2 Yolk
  • 1/4 l milk
  • 6 dag sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • grated Lemon peel
  • cinnamon
  • granulated sugar

  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 10 dag icing sugar

Heat the milk, butter and sugar and add to the remaining ingredients. Knead a smooth dough. Let the dough rise twice.

Mix the ingredients for the filling together.

Roll out the dough (approx. 50x50), brush with melted butter and pour the filling on top. Press lightly, roll up and then cut about 1cm thick slices.

Bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C (not too dark).
