Cinnamon quark with prunes
- 150 g Californian prunes
- 2 EL Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 20 g Californian walnuts
- 500 g Lean quark li>
- 1 TL cinnamon
- some mint leaves
- Put four prunes aside, cut the rest into strips and mix with the orange juice. Chop walnuts and toast them in a small pan without fat.
- Mix the quark with cinnamon. Mix in walnuts and chopped prunes.
- Fill the quark into glasses, place a prune on a wooden skewer and garnish the quark with it. Serve sprinkled with a few mint leaves.
