Cinnamon quark with prunes

For 4 people
  • 150 g Californian prunes
  • 2 EL Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 20 g Californian walnuts
  • 500 g Lean quark
  • 1 TL cinnamon
  • some mint leaves
10 minutes
Put four prunes aside, cut the rest into strips and mix with the orange juice. Chop walnuts and toast them in a small pan without fat.
Mix the quark with cinnamon. Mix in walnuts and chopped prunes.
Fill the quark into glasses, place a prune on a wooden skewer and garnish the quark with it. Serve sprinkled with a few mint leaves.
