Cinnamon pretzels

Sift flour and baking powder onto a work surface. To press a hollow in the middle. Add egg, yolk and cream. Spread the cold fat in flakes as well as 70 g sugar, salt and 2 teaspoons cinnamon on the edge of the flour.

Chop all ingredients with a large knife. Then knead quickly with your hands to form a smooth shortcrust pastry. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then shape the dough into 15 cm long and about pencil thick rolls.

Put pretzels out of them and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon in a deep plate.
