Cinnamon apple in white chocolate sauce

For 4 people
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar
  • 40 g Almond flakes
  • Oil
  • 3 (approx. 500 g) Apples
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 200 ml Apple juice
  • 1 Knife tip Cinnamon
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 5 EL whipped cream
  • 25 g semi-bitter couverture
  • mint

Caramelize 2-3 tablespoons of sugar until golden brown. Almonds
