Cinnamon apple fritters

  • 1 cube (42 g ) fresh yeast
  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar

  • 2 TL Cinnamon

Milk Heat lukewarm in a small saucepan off the stove pull. Crumble in the yeast, dissolve in it while stirring. Put the flour, flaky butter, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add yeast milk, knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer for approx. 5 minutes to form a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes. Then knead again briefly. Wash, peel and quarter the apples, cut out the core and cut the quarters into small cubes.
Knead into the dough.
Oil in a large saucepanHeat, cut the donuts from the yeast dough with a tablespoon. Let it slide into the hot oil. Fry 4–5 donuts each while turning until golden. Lift out and let drain a little on kitchen paper.
Process the remaining dough in the same way. Mix 100 g sugar and cinnamon. Turn the donuts over and serve.
