Cinnamon apple fritters

- 250 ml milk
- 1 cube (42 g ) fresh yeast
- 500 g flour
- 100 g soft butter li>
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet vanillin sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 2 Eggs (Size M)
- 500 g span> Apples
- 2 TL Cinnamon
- 2,5 l Oil for deep-frying

- Milk Heat lukewarm in a small saucepan off the stove pull. Crumble in the yeast, dissolve in it while stirring. Put the flour, flaky butter, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs in a large mixing bowl.

- Add yeast milk, knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer for approx. 5 minutes to form a smooth dough.

- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes. Then knead again briefly. Wash, peel and quarter the apples, cut out the core and cut the quarters into small cubes.

- Knead into the dough.

- Oil in a large saucepanHeat, cut the donuts from the yeast dough with a tablespoon. Let it slide into the hot oil. Fry 4–5 donuts each while turning until golden. Lift out and let drain a little on kitchen paper.

- Process the remaining dough in the same way. Mix 100 g sugar and cinnamon. Turn the donuts over and serve.
