Cinnamon apple crumble cake

For theRoast the streusel hazelnut kernels in a pan without fat, then chop finely. Melt 200 g butter. Knead 300 g flour, 150 g sugar, vanillin sugar, hazelnuts and butter with the dough hook of the hand mixer to form crumble. Chill the streusel. Peel the apples, cut out the core. Cut the apples into rings (approx. 0.5 cm thin). Drizzle the rings with lemon juice. Mix 300 g butter, 300 g sugar and a pinch of salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix 400 g flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Pour the batter into the greased drip pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) and smooth it out. Spread the apple rings evenly on top. Mix the cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle over the apple rings. Pour the streusel over it and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / fan: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 35-45 minutes. Take out of the oven, place on a wire rack and let cool down
