Ciabatta with taleggio and salsa

For 10 pieces
  • 4 Dates (100 g)
  • 1 TL pickled green pepper
  • 3 Figs
  • 150 g Taleggio cheese
  • 100 g Ciabatta bread
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 Stalk thyme
  • Thyme

Stone the dates, finely dice, knead lightly with pepper. Wash figs, rub dry and cut into slices. Dice cheese. Cut the ciabatta into thin slices. Heat the oil and season with thyme.

Briefly turn the bread slices in it, remove. Top with fig slices and cheese. Spread the salsa on top. Garnish with thyme leaves.
