  • 1/3 basic dough
  • 50 g candied orange slices
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut
  • 50 g marzipan raw mass
  • 1 TL Lemon juice
  • 2 TL Rosenwasser
  • ( available in the pharmacy)

Finely chop the orange slices. Knead to a mass with desiccated coconut, marzipan, lemon juice and rose water. Roll out the basic dough on a floured work surface approx. 3 mm thick and cut out stars. Place on baking sheets lined with baking paper and put a little heap of coconut mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes until golden. Makes about 60 pieces
