Christmas jam Thermomix

  • • 1 kg plums or plums, (pitted)
  • • 20 g marzipan paste, (in small pieces)
  • • 500 g preserving sugar 2: 1
  • • 8 g gingerbread spice
  • • 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon, ground

The plums and marzipan in the mixing bowl 10 sec. / Crush level 5, add the preserving sugar and stir in again for 5 seconds / level 5.

Let simmer for 15 minutes / 100 ° / level 2. Just before the end of the time, add the spices.

Then puree everything again at level 8 (depending on the desired consistency) and pour into jars that have been rinsed hot. Lid on, 5 minutes upside down.

Tip You can use the frozen plums from last summer if you want to make room in the freezer again.
