Christmas jam (jam)

For 1 person
  • 2 kg Cherries
  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 1 Bag of gingerbread spice
  • 2 Gelfix sachet (gelling agent)
  • MAKES about 3 - 4 liters !!

Boil the cherries and sugar in a large saucepan until soft and then puree.

Then season with the gingerbread spice to taste and bring to the boil again.
3.
Finally stir in the Gelfix and after about another minute of cooking, pour into glasses and close immediately.
