Christmas chocolate with Baileys cream

For 4 glasses
  • 1 bar (100 g) Christmas chocolate
  • 1 l Milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 EL cocoa powder + 1 tsp to decorate
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 EL Irish whiskey Cream liqueur (e.g. B. Baileys)
  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar

Finely grate the chocolate. Bring the milk, sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa to the boil. Add the chocolate to the milk and melt while stirring. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the whiskey cream liqueur and pour in the vanilla sugar.

Pour hot chocolate into glasses and decorate with a dollop of liqueur cream. Dust with 1 teaspoon of cocoa.
