Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Add the lemon peel. Mix in eggs one at a time, alternating with 1 tbsp flour each time. Mix the remaining flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Spread the dough in a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) dusted with flour. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Mix together 4 tbsp lemon juice and 25 g powdered sugar. Prick the hot cake several times with a wooden skewer and soak it with the lemon juice. Let cool down for at least 2 hours. Loosen the cake from the tin and cut out 1/4 so that the top is slightly curved inside. Cut off the curved edge of the cake quarter about 2.5 cm wide and cut in half across. (One half as a duvet, the other as a handle.) Cut out 2 circles as wheels (approx. 5 cm in diameter) from the remaining piece of cake. Mix 175 g of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and approx. 1 teaspoon of hot water to a thick icing. Color it yellow with food coloring. Approx. Remove 2 tablespoons and place in a disposable piping bag. Spread the remaining glaze thickly on the cake as a cover and sprinkle with sugar flowers. Cut off a small corner from the piping bag. Decorate the wheels, handle and bedspread with icing and pastry decorations. Place the pram on a cake plate and glue together with the rest of the glaze. Approx. Let dry for 2 hours.
