Choux nests with marzipan bunnies

Roll 6 smaller balls, shape them to a point at one end, cut the tip with a pair of scissors, so that the rabbit ears arise. Shape small paws out of marzipan. Put together with a little water or egg white. Paint the eyes, noses and buttons of the rabbits with brown, red and green sugar script. Shape the remaining marzipan into small eggs, brush with a little water and roll in 20 g pistachios. For the cream, mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle, spray onto the underside of the nests. Place the lid on top and place marzipan bunnies in the middle.
