Chops with zucchini potatoes

For 4 people
  • 800 g - 1 kg potatoes
  • 4-5 EL Oil
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 2-3 (approx. 600 g) Zucchini
  • salt, white pepper
  • 3 Stalk (s) Thyme
  • 4 Pork chops
  • (approx. 180 g)
  • rose paprika
  • 1-2 EL Flour
  • 4 slices (approx. 10 g each)
  • herb butter

Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the potatoes in it for about 10 minutes

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Add onions and zucchini to the potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves off and add

Rinse the cutlets and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and turn in flour. Knock off excess flour. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Cut chops in it from each side 5-6Fry minutes

Top each of the cutlets with 1 slice of herb butter and serve on plates with the vegetables
