Chops with stir-fried vegetables

- 4 Pork chops (approx. 200 g each) span>
- 2 EL Oil
- 2 TL Vegetable stock (instant)
- 1 pack (25 g) Frozen Italian herbs
- Salt, black pepper
- 750 g frozen Italian stir-fry vegetables
- 2 EL darker Sauce binder
- 2 EL Crème fraîche

- Wash the chops and pat dry. Heat the oil in a large pan

- Fry the cutlets in it, turning. Deglaze with 1/4 l water, bring to the boil. Stir in the broth and herbs, except for 1 tbsp, season. Cover and braise over low heat for approx. 15 minutes

- Add vegetables after approx. 5 minutes. Scatter sauce thickener, bring to the boil. To taste. Mix the crème fraîche and the rest of the herbs. Serve everything. This goes well with hearty bread
