Chopping pot

  • 30 g red lentils
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) small onion
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) medium-sized potato
  • 50 g Leeks
  • 1 TL oil
  • 80 g Minced beef
  • 1 EL tomato paste
  • 1/8 l clear broth (instant)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 Bund Parsley

Wash the lenses and let them drain. Peel and chop the onion. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Clean, wash and slice the leek. Heat oil in a pot. Steam the onions until translucent, add the mince and fry them. Add tomato paste and sauté. Deglaze with broth. Add the drained lentils and potato cubes to the stew and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the leek 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves and sprinkle the stew with it
