Chopping pan with corn

For 4 people
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 small red peppers
  • 1 can (s) (1062 ml) Corn on the cob
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 3 EL Tomato paste
  • 2 stem (s) Thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 150 g Crème fraîche

Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Quarter, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the quarters into triangles. Drain the corn well and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the corn and paprika in it. Add the onion and fry briefly. Remove vegetables and set aside. Put the mince in the pan and fry until crumbly. Add tomato paste and sweat for about 5 minutes

Add vegetables to the mince. Deglaze with 200 ml of water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop. Season the mincing pan with salt, pepper and thyme. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper and serve. Baguette tastes good with it
