Chopping pan with corn wheels, white beans, spring onions and salsa sauce

For 4 people
  • 2 fresh corn on the cob (approx. 280 g each)
  • Salt
  • 1 Can (s) (425 ml) broad white beans
  • 4 Spring onions (approx. 30 g each)
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • pepper
  • 100 g Tomato Salsa
  • 1 can (s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth

Remove the leaves from the corn. Wash the corn and cut into 1 cm thick wheels. Cook the corn in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes

In the meantime, drain the beans. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the mince vigorously for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the corn. Add the salsa, tomatoes, broth, beans, corn and spring onions to the mince, except for something to sprinkle. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the mincing pan with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining spring onions. Bread tastes good with it
