Chopping pan with apricots

  • 2 EL Oil

Scald, peel, halve and stone the apricots. If necessary, cut into small pieces. Drain the canned apricots. Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut the spring onion greens into pieces, cut the rest into rings. Fry the onion rings and mince in the hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
