Chopped bean pot with Cabanossi

For 4 people
  • 800 g French beans
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Vegetable onion
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 l Vegetable stock (instant)
  • 1/2 TL dried thyme
  • 1 jar (s) (425 ml) giant white bean kernels
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Clean and wash green beans and cut diagonally into thin strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté the onion, bell pepper and green beans in it.

Add the stock and thyme. Bring everything to the boil and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain the white beans on a colander. Cut the cabanossi into thin slices. Add the beans and sausage to the stew 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Season the French bean stew with salt and pepper and serve.
