Chop vegetable pan with sesame seeds

For 3 people
  • 1 Pointed cabbage (approx. 750 g)
  • 150 g sugar snap peas
  • or frozen peas
  • 1 Bundle Spring onions
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 EL Sesame
  • 400-500 g lean hack
  • 2-3 EL Oil
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 100 ml sweet and sour Asian sauce
  • or chili sauce
  • 2-3 EL Soy Sauce
  • some Sambal Oelek

Quarter the pointed cabbage, clean, wash and cut into strips. Clean and wash the sugar snap peas and spring onions. Cut the spring onions into rings. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges.

Roast the sesame seeds in a wok or large pan, remove. Fry the mince in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until it is roughly crumbly. With salt andSeason the pepper, remove it

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry the onion, pointed cabbage, sugar snap peas and spring onions in portions for 5-7 minutes while turning. Admit hack again. Stir in Asian sauce and simmer briefly. Season with soy sauce, possibly salt and sambal and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Rice (e.g. Basmati) tastes good with it
