Chocolate Yoghurette Cake

Roughly chop 250 g chocolate and add butter and sugar to a small saucepan Melt stirring. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites in 2 portions with a little salt until stiff. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (30 cm long, 11 cm wide, approx. 1.8 liters) that has been sprinkled with breadcrumbs (dough is very soft). Bake in the preheated oven, middle rack (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes (is still moist when using a stick sample). Let the cake cool in the tin on a wire rack for 30-40 minutes, then carefully remove from the tin and turn out onto a plate. Let cool for at least 4 hours

Let the strawberries thaw on a sieve for about 30 minutes, then dice finely. Mix 350 g cream cheese, vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Fold in the strawberries. Halve the box cake horizontally. Spread cream cheese cream on the lower base and cover with the upper base. Chill the cake for approx. 30 minutes
