Chocolate walnut cookies

For 20 pieces
  • 200 g flour

flour, Mix the baking powder and cocoa in a bowl. Mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg. Add flour mixture and stir in as well. Chop 100 g chocolate and stir into the batter.
Spread the dough on a piece of foil into a flat sheet. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into approx. 20 portions and shape them into balls. Press each ball into a flat thaler, place thaler on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Place a nut in the middle of each taler.
Bake tray by tray in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 12 minutes. Let rest briefly on the baking sheet, then carefully place on a wire rack and let cool down.
In the meantime, chop the remaining chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath. Fill into a piping bag with a fine perforated nozzle. Sprinkle fine strips on the cookies. Let the chocolate dry. Arrange the cookies on a plate and decorate with raspberries if necessary.
