Chocolate wafers with vanilla sauce

For 8 pieces
  • 425 ml milk
  • 1 packet Sauce powder 'Vanilla flavor'
  • 100 g whole milk couverture
  • 150 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 EL Cocoa powder
  • 1 deleted TL baking powder
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • Icing sugar and chocolate rolls

Pour 250 ml of cold milk into a mixing bowl. Add the sauce powder with a whisk while stirring and stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Refrigerate. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a warm water bath. Allow to cool slightly. Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in the liquid couverture. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder, stir into the dough alternately with 100 g cream and 175 ml milk. Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake the waffles one after the other. Whip 100 g cream until stiff. Dust the waffles with powdered sugar. Stir the vanilla sauce again. Serve the cream with chocolate rolls and sauce to the waffles
